The Wordsworth Inn in Grasmere is preparing to open its doors, and we’re seeking a Chef de Partie to join a food-led operation with 55 bedrooms and multiple dining covers. You’ll take responsibility for your section, ensuring high-quality dishes, timely execution and collaboration with the kitchen team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar senior kitchen role.
• Demonstrates consistency, speed and attention to detail under pressure.

• Oversee your section and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist with stock control, storage and hygiene in line with regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs and front-of-house to deliver timely service.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams. You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
