Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Strong culinary technique and a passion for quality.
• Excellent organisation and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Kitchen Team with the smooth running of your designated section.
• Lead and mentor junior chefs to complete daily tasks.
• Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop the kitchen's culinary vision for expansion, including a new restaurant.
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
