Job summary

Northcote is seeking a committed Chef de Partie to support the Senior Kitchen Team in its acclaimed Michelin-star kitchen. The role focuses on delivering exceptional food quality, leading your section, and contributing to a major expansion that includes a new restaurant.

You will have access to exceptional training and mentorship within a dynamic, high-performance environment under senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a Michelin-starred or similar standards environment.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide junior chefs and support staff.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Kitchen Team in running your designated section smoothly.
• Lead and mentor junior chefs to maintain high quality and presentation.
• Maintain stringent hygiene, food safety and kitchen organisation standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on developing menus and the expansion plan, including the new restaurant.
