Job summary

Northcote Leisure Group is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join its Michelin-star kitchen under Executive Chef Lisa Goodwin Allen in Northcote. You will manage a kitchen section and help direct a junior team to maintain exceptionally high standards.

You'll work closely with the head chef, benefit from strong progression opportunities, and play a key role in delivering flawless service in a busy establishment while upholding the group's renowned hospitality and culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership experience in busy MICHELIN kitchens.
• Proven high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

After a very busy 2025 and exciting expansion plans in the pipeline in 2026 ,including a brand new restaurant, we are looking to extend our team with passionate and ambitious chefs!

Executive Chef Lisa Goodwin Allen is looking for a SeniorChef de Partieto assist in the day to day running of our busy Michelin star kitchen.

• As a SeniorChef de Partieyou will work closely with Lisa and the team in managing a section of the kitchen and assist in directing a junior team of professional and ambitious chefs in maintaining exceptional standards.
• This position comes with fantastic progression opportunities and would suit a current professional Chef de Partie or an experienced Senior Chef de Partie looking for progression within Michelin.
