Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and support senior chefs.
• Check inbound deliveries for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain kitchen structure and mentor junior staff and porters.
• Assist with specials planning, costing, and daily GP% and payroll tasks.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and manage stock/portion control.
• Work effectively in a high-pressure kitchen and communicate clearly with the team.
