You will showcase knife skills, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to a friendly, efficient kitchen that delivers great Italian dishes.

Responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate, and deliver service across one or more sections in our fast-paced kitchen.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to produce dishes to specification.
• Lead by example – coach, nurture, and develop junior team members.
• Show off your knife skills and your experience.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
