SAKE LABO PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced kitchen associate to assist in daily operations, ensure food quality and safety, and supervise prep and inventory. You will help maintain storage, cleanliness, and hygiene standards while supporting junior staff.

The role requires 2–3 years in a kitchen, a secondary education with O levels, and a food safety certificate. Weekend and public holiday work is required; immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of kitchen experience is required.
• Secondary education with O level passes is expected.
• Must hold a Food safety and hygiene certificate.
• Willing to start immediately or on short notice.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality and safety.
• Supervise food preparation and manage inventory, stock orders, and stock takes.
• Ensure proper food storage, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene protocols.
• Inspect supplier deliveries for quality and support junior staff through guidance and training.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and efficient kitchen environment.
