Job summary

Aramark UK in Bournemouth is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our team, offering a permanent, 35-hour week, Monday to Friday schedule. You will work across our kitchen, serving and preparing a selection of foods following brand concepts and recipes.

• Able to pass client vetting

Responsibilities

• Serving and preparing a selection of food following food concepts and brand standards and recipes.
• Front facing grill bar service during lunch.
• Cleaning and setting up for the next day managing a small section of the kitchen to ensure compliance.
• Completing and cleaning the kitchen following each day of service and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout
• Creating a mis on place sheet daily and communicating with the team for ordering and stocktakes
