Job summary

The Priory Hotel in Wareham, Dorset, invites applications for a Chef de Partie to join our Garden Room Restaurant team. You will assist with the meticulous preparation of vegetables, meats and fish, help with the cooking and components for high‑quality dishes, and collaborate with fellow chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

You will also help with deliveries and stock, and uphold cleanliness and rigorous kitchen and food safety standards.

• Participating in the cooking and preparation of key components for high-quality dishes.
