Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or ambitious Commis Chef progressing
• Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Work as part of a close-knit kitchen team to deliver consistent standards across service periods
• Support the kitchen during breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, and special events while ensuring food hygiene and safety
