Heartwood Collection is recruiting a Chef de Partie in Dorking to join a warm, award-winning hospitality group. You will contribute to delivering fresh, seasonal dishes across multiple kitchen sections and follow established recipes in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a basic hourly rate with TRONC and achievable on-target earnings, with training and development opportunities within our Stepping Stones programme. Local community focus and employee benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Passion with proven track record delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 kitchen sections and follow recipes.
• 3-4 years’ experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques.
