Job summary

The Westin London City is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will report to the Sous Chef and manage sections of the kitchen, ensuring standards are consistently met and supporting other sections during peak times.

You will adhere to health and safety guidelines, keep the kitchen clean, and maintain food quality under Head Chef direction. A passion for food and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Adhere to company policies on fire, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
• Manage various kitchen sections.
• Be flexible and assist team when required.
• Thrive in a busy kitchen environment as a team player.
• Passion for food and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience at Chef de Partie or commis level.

Responsibilities

• Manage various kitchen sections and maintain standards.
• Assist other kitchen sections during production and service.
• Follow fire, hygiene, health & safety policies and licensing regulations.
• Ensure safe working environment by identifying hazards and taking corrective action.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, stores and refrigeration.
• Ensure food quality meets Head Chef standards.
