Benugo at Bletchley Park in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team. Shifts run 7:00–15:30 with occasional evening work for events. The contract is Full Time (30 hours) with opportunities for chef development.

The role covers food preparation, stock rotation, and labeling, plus commitment to health & safety. A chef academy program is available, and HC/SC assistance is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to manage food preparation and labeling.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in kitchens.
