Job summary

Benugo at Bletchley Park in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will handle food preparation, stock rotation and labeling, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards while supporting HC/SC.

A Chef academy training programme is available to develop your skills and career. We offer shifts 7:00–15:30, a 30-hour full-time contract, and a competitive hourly rate of £13.50–£14.00.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Able to work shifts 7:00–15:30 with occasional dinner service.
• Competent in maintaining food labeling and labeling practices.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Benugo, Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes

Benugo at Bletchley Park offers fresh seasonal menus, with a wide range of production menu made on site, including canape's, baking and afternoon tea. Shifts are between 7.00-15.30, with occasional evening work required for event service.

We Offer:

• Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
• Shifts: 5 days out of 7 (occasionally dinner service)
• Contract: Full Time 30hrs contract

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills
• Assist HC/SC

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
