Job summary

Benugo at Bletchley Park (Milton Keynes) is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a fresh, seasonal menu operation. You’ll work 7:00–15:30 with occasional dinner service for events, in a fast-paced kitchen that handles canapés, baking and afternoon tea.

The role offers a full-time 30-hour contract with opportunities to develop skills through our Chef academy, plus benefits including free lunch, team discounts and more.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Shifts are 7:00-15:30 with occasional evening work.
• Able to work a 5 days out of 7 pattern.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling.
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times.
• Assist HC/SC.
