We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chef De Partie to join our team supporting vulnerable adults. This role involves preparing nutritious meals, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and serve balanced meals and snacks in line with dietary requirements
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and food storage
  • Provide friendly, respectful service to vulnerable adults, staff, and visitors
  • Be willing to learn and operate the barista coffee machine
  • Work independently when required, as lone working may be involved
  • Follow all food safety, health, and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is an advantage but not essential
  • Kind, patient, and understanding approach when working with vulnerable adults
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check desirable; if you do not have one we can send you a link to apply
