Job summary

At Sodexo, you'll join the catering team at the GSK site in Stevenage as a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie. You will manage a designated kitchen section, cook high-quality dishes, and work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in a busy kitchen serving a varied menu including traditional, bistro-style, street food and a salad bar.

• City & Guilds Level 1–2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Food Safety Level 2–3.
• HACCP, food storage and allergen control.
• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to recipes and agreed standards.
• Take responsibility for your designated kitchen section.
• Ensure preparation is completed ahead of service.
• Ensure dishes are ready for service.
• Assist with stock control and FIFO practices.
• Support with deliveries and maintain hygiene standards.
