You will work with fresh ingredients to create classic pub dishes and daily specials, guided by the head chef who values creativity and quality. Candidates ideally reside in the Leicester, Lutterworth, or Market Harborough area and have their own transport. A base salary of £30,000 plus generous tips and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or a similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work with fresh ingredients and maintain high standards.
• Based in or willing to travel to the Leicester/Lutterworth/Market Harborough area.

Working with all fresh ingredients, our menu includes classic pub favourites alongside a variety of daily specials showcased on our blackboard. The head chef is seeking a talented chef with a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients and a flair for creativity.

Base Salary of £30,000 depending upon experience
