Job summary

The Hoxton Holborn is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join Rondo, our seasonal and modern bistro-style restaurant in Holborn. You will lead a kitchen section across breakfast to dinner shifts, maintaining high food hygiene standards while delivering exceptional dishes to our guests.

You’ll mentor junior team members, collaborate with the Head Chef on new ideas, and ensure smooth service in a busy environment that values energy, creativity, and teamwork.

• Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant
• Passion for fresh ingredients and strong flavours

• Work with the Head Chef on ideas and techniques to keep the kitchen creative and evolving
