The Hoxton, Holborn invites a passionate Chef de Partie to join Rondo, our neighbourhood restaurant. You’ll lead a section from breakfast through dinner, crafting seasonal modern British dishes alongside a great wine list in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

You’ll nurture and develop the kitchen team, keep service running smoothly, and work with our Head Chef on inventive techniques that keep our menu exciting and evolving.

Qualifications

• Experience as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
• You thrive in a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce breakfast, lunch and dinner options by running a section in a busy kitchen.
• Develop and nurture the kitchen team's talent and environment.
• Ensure orders, deliveries and service run smoothly with high hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on ideas and techniques for creative dishes.
