Scotsman Group is looking for a Chef de Partie to support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will help develop menus and maintain high kitchen standards, working as part of a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has a passion for food, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication under pressure. Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is preferred. Opportunities for career development are available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and menus, prioritising seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee your section, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and health and safety compliance.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Train, supervise, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Take responsibility for service readiness, coordinating with the Head Chef during busy periods.
