Job summary

Baxterstorey is seeking a Chef De Partie to join the WPS Sites team in Preston. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, support the Chef Manager, present lunch service, and actively engage with customers and the team.

We look for a team player with strong customer service and 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role. Benefits include pension, up to 28 days’ annual leave, meals on shift, and more.

Very well organized and ability to prioritize workload.
Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

To prepare food to a high standard
To assist in any extra functions.
To assist the manager with the Client Dining, staff restaurant, hospitality and conference food offers when requested by the client
To ensure smooth running of daily operations
Hygiene and personal hygiene checks
To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Baxterstorey Health & Safety Policy
To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.
Any other reasonable request of Senior Management
