Compass Group UK is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our corporate contract catering team in Norwich. You will prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard and manage your designated section in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

The role supports the Sous Chef and Head Chef, covers breakfast, lunch, hospitality and events, and requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and good teamwork. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within contract catering, hotels, restaurants or a similar environment
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised and professional
• Able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy corporate environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh food to a consistently high standard
• Take responsibility for your designated section
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, hospitality and corporate events
• Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional kitchen
• Work efficiently as part of a busy and friendly team
