Job summary

Noble Rot Mayfair is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their team. You will work across the kitchen, learning under senior chefs and upholding the highest standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as Chef de Partie at a quality restaurant.
• Positive attitude with strong organisational skills and effective communication.
• Love of simple, classical French, Italian and British cooking.

Responsibilities

• Work across kitchen sections.
• Act as role model and mentor to junior staff.
• Maintain top standards of service, hygiene, health and safety.
• Follow Food Safety manual, HACCP and EHO directives.
