The Retreat at Elcot Park in West Berkshire is seeking a motivated full-time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work alongside the Head Chef and the wider kitchen crew to deliver the Signet menu with creativity and consistency.

You will manage your station, perfect your mise en place, uphold food hygiene standards, and help train junior chefs. The role offers an hourly rate with a generous tronc and career development within the Signet group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes to the Signet menu (Chef de Partie responsibilities).
• Set up and maintain mise en place for your section.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with guidance and supervision.
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Support training of junior kitchen staff and share knowledge.
