We are actively seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at Pennyhill Park. Your main focus will be to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation and service, maintaining high standards at all times.

Role Responsibility

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for…

  • Assisting the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the kitchen.
  • Helping develop creative menus and ensuring food quality meets high standards.
  • Informing the Sous Chef of relevant feedback from colleagues and guests.
  • Assisting in other sections and mentoring junior staff.
  • Supporting daily ordering with consideration for stock, menus, and business levels.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization standards.
