St Andrews Brew House in the heart of Norwich is hiring a Seasonal Chef de Partie from October to January, with potential for permanent roles. Qualifications
- We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for quality fresh food.
- You should demonstrate a flair for producing great food in a welcoming environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials.
- Show creativity and ability to contribute to menu development.
- Demonstrate planning and organisational skills for GP and labour controls.
- Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
