EGO Woodbridge, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie. You will run a kitchen section, train and mentor the team, and ensure brand standards are upheld while preparing dishes to spec. Flexible shifts designed to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring kitchen staff and leading a section.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Good understanding of menu and dish specifications.

Responsibilities

• Champion brand standards and mentor Chefs and kitchen team members.
• Run a section and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Prepare items before service and maintain mise en place.
