EGO Worcester is recruiting a Part Time Chef De Partie who is passionate about great food, training teams and delivering a smile to our guests. You’ll run a section, mentor kitchen colleagues and ensure service runs smoothly in a busy pub kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef De Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor junior Chefs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
