Job summary

Ego Sutton-In-Ashfield is seeking a proactive Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, mentor and train team members, and ensure high standards of hygiene and service across our Mediterranean-inspired menu.

You will work within Mitchells & Butlers’ family of brands, enjoy flexible shifts and staff discounts, and have opportunities for progression and qualifications. Apply to join a vibrant kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments
• Ability to mentor junior chefs
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Proficiency in preparing and cooking to brand standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and run a kitchen section as Chef de Partie
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards during service
• Cook dishes to specification and ensure menu is executed accurately
