Harvey Nichols in Bristol is seeking a Chef de Partie to help prepare food and deliver a memorable 5-star dining experience for our guests. You will work alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef to craft beautifully presented, high-quality dishes every service.

You will master recipes, maintain impeccable hygiene, stay organised with mise en place, and support the team through evenings and weekends to meet guest expectations in luxury retail and dining.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

• Master each recipe, ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen is executed with precision and elegance.


• Maintain impeccable hygiene, health, and safety standards, keeping your section spotless and service‑ready at all times.


• Stay organised and efficient, preparing flawless mise en place to guarantee a smooth, timely, and elevated dining experience for every guest.


• Collaborate closely with your team, supporting your colleagues, and celebrating excellence throughout the kitchen.
