Bel & The Dragon Wendover is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare fresh dishes using seasonal local ingredients and work closely with our skilled chefs. A fast-paced environment offers opportunities to learn and grow within the Fuller’s family.

• Prepare and present fresh dishes using seasonal local ingredients.
• Work with senior chefs to develop recipes and maintain kitchen standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in line with regulations.
• Assist with menu planning and kitchen efficiency to support service.
