Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Wendover, part of the Fuller’s family, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You’ll prepare fresh dishes from seasonal, local ingredients and work closely with talented colleagues to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
• Ability to work with seasonal, local ingredients.
• Commitment to high food hygiene and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh dishes to standard and per menu specifications.
• Support senior chefs and collaborate with the team.
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials.
