EGO Stockton Heath, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, mentor the team, and uphold brand standards. You will prepare before service and ensure smooth operation across the shift, delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor Chefs and kitchen staff.
