Doubletree by Hilton Strathclyde is seeking a Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard within your section, while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires previous culinary experience, passion for cooking, and the ability to work under pressure across morning, afternoon/evening shifts including weekends. Generous service charge accompanies a permanent, full-time position.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Contribute to menu development and specials as required
