Manchester United seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the Carrington Training Ground. You will deliver exceptional dishes for the Men's First Team, Women's First Team, and Academy, while maintaining standards and nutrition-focused menus in a fast-paced, elite sporting setting.

This flexible role offers regular weekly hours, with potential to work up to 40 hours per week, in a high-performance environment where collaboration and safety are paramount.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a high-performance kitchen.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality dishes consistently.
• Strong personal discipline and organisation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to consistently exceptional standards.
• Manage and take ownership of your designated kitchen section during service.
• Support the delivery of nutritionally focused menus for elite athletes and staff.
• Ensure all food is prepared, stored and served in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the wider culinary and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless service.
• Assist with stock control, stock rotation and minimising food waste.
• Support matchday, academy and event catering when required.
• Contribute ideas and creativity towards menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Uphold the professional standards expected within an elite sporting environment.
• Regular weekly hours with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week.
