Job summary

Manchester United FC is seeking passionate Front of House Team Members to join our Catering & Hospitality team at Carrington Training Ground. You will help deliver outstanding service to players, coaches, staff, visitors and guests in a fast-paced environment.

As a casual team member, you will work across weekdays, evenings and weekends as needed, setting up dining spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, catering, retail, or customer-facing experience is desirable.
• Able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with working hours.
• Full UK driving licence or ability to travel independently to Carrington Training Ground.
• Maintain confidentiality in an elite sporting environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to players, coaches, staff, visitors and guests.
• Serve food and beverages professionally according to service standards.
• Set up, maintain, and clear dining areas, hospitality spaces, meeting rooms and refreshment stations.
• Ensure front of house areas are clean, presentable and maintained to high standards.
• Support hospitality events, meetings and functions across the training ground.
• Replenish food, beverage and service areas during service periods.
• Work closely with kitchen and catering teams for smooth operations.
• Follow all company policies relating to food safety, health & safety and hygiene.
• Assist with stock control, rotation and operational preparation as required.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our Catering & Hospitality team at Manchester United's Carrington Training Ground.

This role supports hospitality and catering operations across the First Team, Women's Team, and Academy buildings, delivering exceptional service to players, coaches, staff, visitors, and guests. You will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring the highest standards of food service, presentation, cleanliness, and customer care are consistently maintained.

As a casual team member, flexibility is required, with shifts available across weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends depending on operational needs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to players, coaches, staff, visitors, and guests.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with agreed service standards.
• Set up, maintain, and clear dining areas, hospitality spaces, meeting rooms, and refreshment stations.
• Ensure all front of house areas are clean, presentable, and maintained to the highest standards.
• Support hospitality events, meetings, and special functions across the training ground.
• Replenish food, beverage, and service areas throughout service periods.
