Hand & Sceptre, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will lead a section, mentor your Chefs, and ensure the brand standards are met while delivering great dishes to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience running a kitchen section in a busy operation.
• Ability to train and supervise Chefs and Kitchen staff.
• Maintain the highest cleanliness and safety standards.
