Mitchells & Butlers plc is recruiting a Chef de Partie for the Flying Horse, part of Premium Country Pubs. You will lead a kitchen section, train team members, and ensure every dish meets brand standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

You’ll work in a premium, hospitality-focused environment with opportunities for progression and staff discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role preferred.
• Ability to mentor kitchen staff.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
