Seahorse at Premium Country Pubs is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food, training teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a kitchen section, ensuring everyone works as one unit, while upholding brand standards and the highest levels of cleanliness and safety.
