Rockfish invites applications for a Chef de Partie at our brand new Salcombe opening, with up to £17 per hour OTE inclusive of tips. You’ll lead your section, uphold high standards of seafood preparation, train junior chefs, and help deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Passion for leadership and mentoring junior chefs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Interest in seafood and food safety.

Up to £17 per hour OTE inclusive of generous tronc and tips, depending on experience
