Job summary

St Austell Brewery’s Shipwrights in Padstow is seeking an ambitious Chef to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will cook with locally sourced produce to delight guests while working alongside passionate colleagues in a serene coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Cooking with locally sourced produce.
• Team player who follows procedures and meets dish specifications.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a kitchen team to ensure correct procedures are followed and dish specifications are met.
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and safe.
• Help maintain efficient kitchen operations during busy periods.

You’ll be working in Cornwall’s foodie capital; a serene location that’s perfect for getting out on the water, exploring the estuary, and navigating the surrounding coastline. Are you an ambitious Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment?
