Job summary

Browns Nottingham, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section and mentor junior chefs in a busy Brasserie and Bar environment in Nottingham.

You will prep ahead of service, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and ensure the menu is cooked to spec. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, pension, and opportunities for progression within the group.
