Job summary

Bupa Richmond Village Northampton is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our lively kitchen team. You will contribute to creating diverse dishes for residents, ensuring nutrition and taste. The role is based in Northampton and offers development within a supportive community.

The position requires working four 9-hour shifts per week, with a regular finish time of 7pm, and no split shifts. A starter bonus of £1,000 applies after four weeks’ service, with standard terms.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds and CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Ability to maintain high standards and stay calm during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes for residents in a bustling village restaurant.
• Ensure meals meet nutritional needs and dietary requirements.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety to a high standard.

Salary: £14.40 per hour plus a £1,000 welcome bonus

Contract: 36hrs 4 x 9-hour shifts per week, Regular finish time 7pm

Should you be successfully hired in to this role, we are pleased to be able to offer you a one-off Starter Bonus of £1000 as a thank you for deciding to join Bupa Care Services.
