The Celtic Manor Resort in Newport is seeking a Chef de Partie to join The Rib Smokehouse & Grill. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards, support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, and help maintain HACCP compliance in a busy hotel kitchen.

We offer 37.5 hours per week, a competitive hourly rate of £13.13, free uniform and parking, and extensive training plus career progression within The Celtic Collection and Celtic Manor Resort.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or 1 year as a Chef de Partie.
• Experience in quality hotel, steakhouse, grill restaurant or high-volume operation.
• Sound understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 certification.
