• 3-4 years experience in a service setting.
• Ability to manage at least 2 sections in the kitchen.
• Proven track record of delivering quality fresh food.

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
