Chef de Partie

On Target Earnings: £15.50 (Including TRONC)

About You:

• Passionate with a proven track record in delivering quality, fresh food
• Ability to work at least 2 sections in the kitchen and follow recipes
• 3-4 years of experience or progression in a service setting, with intermediate knife skills and knowledge of classical cooking techniques
