Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team in Marlow, United Kingdom. You will deliver culinary excellence, plan menus within budget, and monitor stock while leading and inspiring your team to meet high standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a similar operation and is educated to or equivalent to C&G 1&2 or NVQ, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

• Two years’ experience in a similar sized operation.
• Educated to C&G 1 & 2, NVQ or equivalent.

• Provide culinary showcase to the highest standards of production.
