Job summary

Park Plaza County Hall London is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare, produce and present memorable meals for our guests in a fast-paced environment, upholding high standards and consistent quality.

We value teamwork and care about ingredients, with opportunities to develop in a supportive setting. Minimum relevant experience as Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie is preferred; uniforms are provided and staff meals are on us.

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie.
• Demonstrated high standards in food quality and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, produce and present high-quality meals.
