What You Will Be Doing

• To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility adhering to the dish specifications to achieve the correct quality, appearance and portion size
• Manage the designated section within the kitchen to ensure the highest possible quality is maintained and standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times
• Have detailed knowledge of the full menu, and be able describe each dish as required
• Ensure the Mis-en-place is done for delegated section to the agreed schedule and ready for service at the agreed time
• Manage the development and supervision of the Commis Chef and Demi Chef de Partie’s on the section, ensuring they are fully trained and understand their duties
